A finding needs a defined comparison group, compatible periods, a traceable calculation and a clear boundary between observation and explanation. Country counts are unweighted; they do not describe a share of the world’s population. We publish counterchecks where available, retain missingness and report uncertainty without inventing precision.
These are findings from captured evidence, not claims of novel academic discovery. Our metric names are editorial names for transparent diagnostics, not new official statistics.
